Valérie Gabail is a bilingual French-English public-speaking and communication coach, international soprano and voice teacher. She works with professionals, leaders and teams in France and internationally, helping them communicate with clarity, confidence and impact. Public speaking is at the heart of her work. She also specialises in helping professionals communicate with impact in English, including focused accent-reduction coaching to improve clarity and intelligibility.

Her corporate clients and partners include ARaymond, Citibank, Fondation Carmignac, S&P Global, Women in ETFs, Synthomer and ESSEC Business School. She has taught public speaking in English and French at KEDGE Business School in Paris for the past three years. Since 2023, she has held a permanent teaching post as Professor of Vocal Technique and Interpretation at the Centre de musique baroque de Versailles (CMBV).

Alongside her coaching and teaching, Valérie has built an international career of more than 25 years as a classical and baroque soprano. In 2006, she was nominated for the Victoires de la Musique Classique in the Lyric Revelation of the Year category. She holds a Master’s degree in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where she graduated with Distinction.
